These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.dotaturborank.com, the Dota 2 Turbo Leaderboard Android application and the Dota 2 Turbo Leaderboard YouTube channel (collectively, the "Service"), operated by DotaTurboRank ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
DotaTurboRank is a free, community-made leaderboard for the Dota 2 Turbo game mode. Rankings, ELO ratings and statistics are calculated by us from publicly available match data and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not official Valve rankings and may contain errors or delays.
Some features require signing in with Steam. You are responsible for the security of your Steam account. You may only claim the profile that belongs to the Steam account you signed in with. We may revoke a claim or a session in case of abuse.
The website is free. Optional premium features of the Android app may require a subscription purchased through Google Play after any free trial. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time in your Google Play subscriptions, and Google Play's terms and refund policies apply to purchases.
The Service uses YouTube API Services to publish monthly highlight videos (YouTube Shorts) of top players on our YouTube channel and to display them on player profiles. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy; see also our Privacy Policy.
Highlight videos show public gameplay from Dota 2 match replays. Featured players can ask us to remove their videos at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Highlight videos are free to watch for everyone and are never part of a paid feature.

Dota 2, Steam, the Dota 2 logo, hero names, hero images and medal artwork are trademarks and/or copyrighted material of Valve Corporation. DotaTurboRank is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Music used in our highlight videos is royalty-free (CC0).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that rankings are accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
